Kohl’s customer service to hire 1,500 in Dallas

DALLAS – Kohl’s Department Stores plans to set up its new customer service operations center at 17655 and 17657 Waterview Pkwy.

Kohl’s plans to begin hiring employees in late spring 2014, with initially 300 hourly and management positions before ultimately hiring 1,500 workers over the next four years. The facility will open as employees are hired.

Gov. Rick Perry’s office said Kohl’s is committed to creating 144 jobs and $54.9 million in capital investment, and Texas will invest $864,000 through the Texas Enterprise Fund.
