515,000-SF Southwestern Energy HQ underway in Spring

SPRING – Southwestern Energy Co. has broken ground on its ten-story, 515,000-sf corporate headquarters campus. The complex is in Springwoods Village on 25.6 acres near the intersection of I-45 and the planned Grand Pkwy.

The project will consolidate Southwestern’s more than 1,000 Houston employees at one location. The building is slated for completion at the end of 2014.

Currently, Southwestern employees occupy office space in several North Beltway-area office buildings near George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
