Lux housing coming to three-acre Inner Loop parcel

HOUSTON – Audubon Hollow, a $50 million residential project, is under construction just inside the West Loop at 25 Briar Hollow.

The three-story homes will start at $1.7 million and range from around 5,000 sf to nearly 6,500 sf. There are 22 units planned, and four have already been sold, according to Sudhoff Properties.

“These homes are an answer to consumer requests for a quiet luxury neighborhood inside the loop,” said Jacob Sudhoff.

The three-acre project represents a growing trend of builders creating luxury, gated housing developments on small, close-in parcels.
