Grapevine pruning producing new retail strip at Main St.
GRAPEVINE – Named The Gallery on Main St., what was once a “shabby,” run-down retail strip is being transformed into one of the most high-end buildings on the historic downtown Main St.
Grapevine City Council approved the two-level, 46,030-sf building in April 2013 after going through several rounds of approvals with the Historic Preservation Commission to ensure the building assimilated well with Main St.
In February the building’s first tenant, Cotton Patch Cafe, opened its doors, and the second tenant, Hollywood Feed, a natural pet food store, is opening this summer.
The building’s second level is designated for traditional office space as well as prefinished smaller office spaces called pods. The second floor will also contain the future restaurant’s patio.
The development also features a three-car valet drop off.
