Topping out 23-story Jordan Uptown in Dallas

DALLAS – Developer StreetLights Residential has topped out its latest Dallas high-rise, a 23-story building under construction next door to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

The Jordan Uptown will have 212 apartments and is located a block off McKinney Ave. at 2355 Thomas Ave.

The first units — ranging from 735 to 2,262 sf — will be ready in January.

StreetLights is working on plans for another 23-story apartment tower on the eastern edge of Highland Park at McKinney Ave. and Webb St., just east of North Central Expressway.
