Mansfield’s Sellmark HQ outdoor adventures expanding

MANSFIELD – Sellmark Corporation is expanding its 33,000-sf headquarters, which was built in 2011. Located at 2201 Heritage Pkwy., the expansion will give Sellmark an additional 33,000 sf of space.

The over $2 million expansion will provide more offices, a soundproof production studio, a larger optics lab for product testing, and additional warehouse space for more inventory and increasing shipping operations worldwide.

Construction on the expansion will begin next month and is expected to be completed April 2014.

Sellmark is currently in the process of purchasing available land next to the building for future development that will provide enough space for an additional 100,000-sf building.
