Key LBJ Freeway tract next door to Dallas Galleria sold

DALLAS – Dallas Midtown Properties LLC bought the former Showcase Chevrolet property, long considered one of the best development sites in Dallas, at LBJ Fwy. and Noel Rd. It sits right next door to the Dallas Galleria.

The 14-acre tract was long the home of Doran Chevrolet. The property had been marketed for sale for more than $14 million, but the actual purchase price was not disclosed. The purchase was financed with an $8 million loan from Texas Capital Bank.

RMR Investments sold the property.
