Garland’s Gateway East hits full

GARLAND – With the signing of a long-term lease with Norandex Building Materials, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has brought the Gateway East Business Center to full occupancy.

The Hudson, Ohio-based tenant took the last available space in the 416,000-sf Class A industrial property. Norandex plans to move its regional distribution center there from inside the Dallas line.

Norandex took 25,921 sf of the 112,000-sf Building 1 at 4002 Miller Rd. The 304,000-sf Building 2, located at 4009 Distribution Dr., has been fully leased since early 2012.

Bradford developed Gateway East Business Center in 1998 on a 14.4-acre tract along I-635.
