Austin builder plans two Dallas Oak Cliff neighborhoods

DALLAS, OAK CLIFF – PSW Real Estate has announced that it’s building a 45-home community in north Oak Cliff at 901 Cedar Hill Ave. The houses adjacent to Kidd Springs Park will start below $350,000 and will range in size from 1,600 to 2,400 sf.

The builder also plans to construct 31 homes at 1600 Kings Hwy. near the Bishop Arts District.

PSW, based in Austin, is now completing a 32-unit Oak Lawn apartment project. The Magnolia at Wycliff Apartments are located just east of the Dallas North Tollway.

The developer has also purchased land at 6536 E. Lovers Ln. in northeast Dallas for a 19-home community.
