Regency I, located at 1025 Post and Paddock Ln., is a 419,521-sf industrial building completed in 2014 on 24.65 acres in the Great SW/Arlington Industrial submarket.
Bradford Cos. is currently marketing the remaining 276,518 sf for lease.
