SAN ANTONIO – According to the survey of more than 6.2 million sf of medical-only office space conducted by the research department of NAI REOC San Antonio, area medical office buildings experienced 141,532 sf of positive net absorption in first quarter 2013.
As a result of healthy gains, the citywide vacancy rate improved to 17.0 percent — down from 17.9 percent last quarter and 19.7 percent compared to the same quarter last year.
