IRVING – Cole Real Estate Investments Inc. has purchased the five-building Allstate Insurance complex, which totals 458,338 sf and is located on Freeport Pkwy.
Arizona-based Cole bought the buildings as part of a $160 million purchase that also included office properties in Houston and Boston.
