Parmenter buys 310,000-SF Dallas tower

DALLAS – Parmenter Realty Partners has bought a 14-story, 310,771-sf office tower at 7557 Rambler Rd. at the Walnut Hill DART station. The mid-rise office building is near Walnut Hill Lane and Greenville Avenue.

The fund purchased the property because of its proximity in the Central Expressway submarket, which is positioned for growth in absorption and rental rates due to market constraints in nearby Uptown and Preston Center, said Thom Ridnour, Parmenter senior vice president.

Parmenter plans to continue to expand its Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio as the region grows in population and employment.
