Costco underway in Cedar Park Town Center

CEDAR PARK – Site work started last month on the 153,700-sf Costco at the northwest corner of Toll 183A and FM 1431. The retail warehouse is expected to open by late 2013 to early 2014.

An additional 200,000 sf of space is also being cleared for retail. Combined, the new development is expected to generate $38 million in commercial value, Cedar Park Economic Development Director Phil Brewer said.

In-N-Out Burger and BJ’s Brewhouse will each open stores next to the new Costco in Cedar Park Town Center shopping center on a 49-acre site.
