HOUSTON – San Antonio-based Armando Montelongo Companies Inc. has purchased Northchase Place. The 75,000-sf, Class B office building located at 13700 Veterans Memorial Dr. in Northwest Houston. The four-story building sits on nearly 2.1 acres.
The company bought the space for $26 per sf, putting the purchase price at $1.95 million. As of February, the building was 38 percent occupied, according to LoopNet, a commercial real estate tracking website.
The purchase brings the company’s commercial real estate portfolio to 160,000 sf.
