DALLAS - A month after acquiring the Hospital at Craig Ranch in McKinney, Forge Realty Partners has acquired an office building along Interstate 635 in Midtown Dallas. The 101,000-sf facility sits at 5710 LBJ Freeway, just west of Preston Road.
After some cosmetic renovations, the total cost of the facility to Forge will be between $8-11 million.
Forge is planning to make $1.5 million to $2 million in property improvements. It will occupy the building, and is targeting non-clinical, physician-owned medical tenants for the remaining available space.
