LUBBOCK - Jackson Dean Construction of Tukwila, Wash., took out two permits, totaling more than $18.2 million for construction of the new Costco store in Lubbock at 6020 34th St. The project includes a 151,999-sf warehouse and a 2,816-sf fuel facility, according to state filings.
Helker and Crawford Constructors of Lewisville took out a $1 million permit to build a new CVS pharmacy at 608 N. Slide Rd.
Tigris LLC took out five permits totaling almost $3.9 million for a 64-unit apartment project at 5820 34th St. The project includes two eight-dwelling and three 16-dwelling buildings.
