Victory Healthcare opening new NW San Antonio hospital

SAN ANTONIO – Victory Medical Center Landmark hospital, 5330 N. Loop 1604 West, is set to open July 31 in northwest San Antonio.

The new hospital is roughly 95,000 sf and will also house medical office space. The cost of the project was pegged at approximately $49 million in 2011.

The specialized surgical hospital is located near the intersection of Loop 1604 and Vance Jackson Rd. The hospital will house 25 oversized patient suites with concierge services, six oversized surgical suites and three special-procedure rooms.

Victory Medical Center Landmark will specialize in a number of areas including neuro-spine surgery, bariatric surgery, sports medicine, gastroenterology, joint replacement, orthopedic surgery, pain management, physical therapy and plastic surgery.

Victory Healthcare is based near Houston in The Woodlands. The privately-owned company operates a network of specialized surgical hospitals, training and education centers, and the only privately-held tissue bank in Texas.
