SAN ANTONIO – Windmill Investments LLC, an Oregon-based investment firm, acquired the 272-unit Bent Tree apartment complex from Venterra Realty for approximately $12.3 million, or about $45,000 per unit.
The Class B apartment complex, built in 1978, is at 4801 Gus Eckert Rd. in San Antonio’s Northwest submarket. It totals 188,241 sf and is comprised of ten multifamily buildings.
The complex reportedly consists of efficiencies, one-, and two-bedroom units and was approximately 95 percent occupied at the time of sale. The property is located directly across the street from USAA’s headquarters and experiences a stable tenant base.
