FORT WORTH – Our Nation’s Best Sports, a Fort Worth-based firm that buys and distributes sporting goods to more than 300 retailers, has completed its deal to buy a nearly 14-acre site off Fossil Creek Blvd., where it will begin building a 60,000-sf office and distribution center.
The site is being replatted and once that is done, they will be able to file for building permits. Construction is expected to start in August and finish in about six months.
The Fort Worth City Council in May approved a ten-year, 50 percent tax abatement on the project, which potentially provides a rebate of $126,925.
The land was sold by the Nancy Ann and Ray L. Hunt Foundation in Dallas.
