McALLEN – Neuhaus Tower, a 17-story, 242,693-sf office has sold. Brookfield Asset Management sold the Neuhaus Tower — McAllen’s tallest building — to Austin-based Cielo Realty Partners.

The 33-year-old tower, located at 200 South 10th St. in McAllen’s central business district, is now about 70 percent occupied. The Class A property is leased to multiple tenants and is anchored by JPMorgan Chase Bank.
