Wall Street and Austin Industrial sold in portfolio

AUSTIN – Austin Industrial Park and Wall Street Business Park have been sold in an industrial portfolio.

Austin Industrial Park is in the southeast submarket at 5214 Burleson Rd. The 93,750-sf property is 84 percent leased.

Wall Street Business Park is in the northeast submarket at 8900-8906 Wall St. The 70,000-sf property is 81 percent occupied. It also is in the master-planned Walnut Creek Business Park.

San Francisco-based Industry Capital Advisors LLC bought the Austin industrial portfolio. The seller was RLA Real Estate in Irvine, Calif.
