LAS COLINAS – Capital Commercial Investments Inc. will developer a four-story, 300,000-sf speculative office property in Freeport, a submarket of Las Colinas.
The multitenant Freeport Commons property will be along I-635 at Freeport Pkwy., near DFW International Airport. The development is scheduled to break ground later this year.
The Freeport submarket has logged at least 374,000 sf of positive absorption to date in 2013, placing it among the top three submarkets in the DFW area.
