Magnolia 400 set to bloom in The Estates Woodland

MAGNOLIA – The Estates Woodland, located at 30685 FM 2978 near The Woodlands Pkwy., is expected to begin leasing its 400 units as construction nears completion.

The complex will feature homes with up to four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Floor plans will range from 671 sf to 1,780 sf, and residents will be able to move in beginning in November 2013.

The complex will also feature elevator access to every home and 80 percent of units offered will be in non-smoking buildings.

Both The Estates and the Mansions are owned by Western Rim Property Services, which also owns apartment complexes in Dallas, San Antonio and Austin areas.
