SUGAR LAND -  Johnson Development Corp. announced the first residential neighborhoods in Imperial Sugar Land located at Hwy. 6 and Hwy. 90A: 116 patio homes, and 27 single and two-story townhomes facing Imperial Blvd.

Patio homes will range in size from 1,800 sf to 4,000 sf with prices from the $300,000s to the $700,000s. Townhomes will range from 1,800 sf to 2,600 sf.

Imperial’s new patio homes and townhomes are expected to be available for sale by the end of 2013 with models for both scheduled to open in spring 2014.

The 716-acre master-planned community of Imperial is the largest remaining development opportunity in Sugar Land that incorporates retail, residential, entertainment and office.

The new patio homes and townhomes are designed to appeal to empty nesters who have raised families in Sugar Land but prefer to stay in the area in a low-maintenance home.
