HOUSTON – Houston area Realtors sold 82,041 homes in the 12 months ending June 2013, a 21.5 percent increase over the 67,525 homes sold in the 12 months ending June 2012, according to the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR).
This is the highest 12‐month total since February 2008.
