HOUSTON – The 133-unit, 119,000-sf Alta Westheimer apartment complex is under construction at 9235 Westheimer Rd in west Houston. The construction project is valued at $13 million.
The complex will have 15 studios, 84 one-bedroom units and 34 two-bedroom units. Leasing will begin in April 2014. Wood Partners is the developer.
The building will be close to several major local employers, including Phillips 66’s new headquarters, Halliburton Co. and BP Plc and not far from high-end shopping centers like the Galleria and CityCentre.
