HOUSTON – Beltway Crossing NorthWest, a 2 million-sf industrial park, will begin construction in September 2013. The 125-acre development, located near Gessner, north of Beltway 8, will include both speculative and build-to-suit projects.
The three initial buildings, totaling 650,000 sf, will come online by spring 2014.
The land buy was a joint venture between Panattoni Development Company Inc. and LaSalle Investment Management Inc.
