South Austin: 107 acres sold at Estancia Hill Country

AUSTIN – Stratford Land has sold its first large parcel at Estancia Hill Country in far South Austin to national home builder Lennar Corp.

The 107-acre site at the northwest corner of I-35 and Puryear Rd. will accommodate 383 homes, which will be sold to homebuyers beginning in fourth quarter 2013.

Estancia Hill Country encompasses almost 600 acres and is adjacent to the Texas 45 Southeast toll road exchange. The land is part of the original Heep Ranch.

Lennar is the first buyer at the Estancia Hill Country master-planned community.
