Mansfield’s 334-unit Dolce now Advenir@Mansfield

MANSFIELD – The 334-unit apartment community, formerly Dolce Living at Mansfield, has been sold and renamed Advenir@Mansfield. Located on SH 360, the Class A units range from 750 to 1,400 ft. spread over one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

The units sold for $10.8 million, according to the SEC.

Florida-based Advenir was the buyer.
