HOUSTON - Balcor Commercial LLC’s five-story, 50,000-sf mixed-use building, located at 1801 Binz St. in the Museum District, is expected to open in late 2013. The estimated cost of construction is $13.5 million, according to state filings.
The project will include retail, medical and office space.
The under-construction building is already about 60 percent leased, according to Transwestern.
