Over 300,000-SF Union Bower park sold in Irving

IRVING – Union Bower Business Park, a six-building industrial park totaling 302,848 sf, has been purchased by Quadrant Investment Properties LLC.

The park is located along Union Bower Ct., according to Chad Cook, managing member of the investment firm. Quadrant plans to immediately invest a significant amount of capital to update and renovate the park.

This is Quadrant’s second acquisition since it formed in July 2012. Earlier in 2013, Quadrant purchased an Addison office building.

Holt Lunsford Commercial will manage the business park.
