Oak Cliff Alexan Trinity banks on the Trinity River

OAK CLIFF – The $19.1 million, four-story Alexan Trinity apartment community is going up on the banks of the Trinity River.

The 166-unit rental complex is on Greenbriar Lane between Zang Boulevard and Beckley Ave.

Alexan Trinity apartments are near Methodist Dallas Medical Center, and will be served by the new streetcar line running from downtown to north Oak Cliff.

The City of Dallas is providing development incentives for the project from the neighborhood tax increment finance district.

“The first units will be delivered at the end of first quarter 2014,” said Trammel Crow Residential’s Steve Bancroft.
