The Autumn Leaves brings new assisted-living to Katy

KATY, CINCO RANCH – The LaSalle Group will break ground in August 2013 on the Autumn Leaves of Cinco Ranch. The 42-suite, 28,000-sf memory-care assisted-living community will be located at 24024 Westheimer Pkwy.

The community will serve nearly 50 residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Of the 42 suites, 16 will have private baths that are a feature of the newer communities. The residents will have access to the entire building and secure outdoor courtyards.

The facility is expected to open in early 2014; it will be the ninth memory care community The LaSalle Group has brought to the Houston area. The project is a partnership between The La Salle Group, Silverado Interests and Community Trust Bank.
