SAN ANTONIO – Vista Ridge, a 271-unit community in Northwest San Antonio, has a new owner. Vista Ridge was built in 2007 and is located at 6522 Camp Bullis Rd. Built in 2007, the garden-style complex features one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
The occupancy rate of Vista Ridge at the time of the sale was 95 percent.
The buyer was a private investment firm that paid cash for the asset. The Bexar Central Appraisal District assesses the property at close to $31 million.
The seller was Raia Properties, a N.J.-based national real estate investment, management and development firm.
