Longview’s River Bend half full

LONGVIEW – The 175-acre 4S River Bend Business Center and Industrial Park is nearly 50 percent occupied, according to one of the developers, Randy Brogoitti. River Bend is located at the intersection of I-20 and US 259/SH 31.

Businesses currently residing in the park.

• Shale Flow Specialties occupies a 6,750-sf building;
• S & W Services occupies a 5,000-sf facility on 3.8 acres and employs ten;
• Peak Completions leases a 12,000-sf office and warehouse facility;
• Key Energy Services leases a 10,000-sf facility;
• DS Waters, a distributor of Sparkletts Water products, leases 10,000 sf; and
• North Carolina-based Industrial Distribution Group is located in a 5,000-sf building on 2.1 acres.
