DALLAS - The 42-acre, mixed-use Preston Hollow Village development will break ground in August 2013. The development will be located at the corner of Walnut Hill Ln. and North Central Expy., according to Provident Realty Advisors Inc.

Along with a 14,000-sf Trader Joe's grocery store, the initial phase will have 59,000 sf of retail space, including a branch office of Frost Bank. Plans for the project also call for 46,000 sf of office space, 515 apartments and 30 townhomes.

The retail and office space will get started by August 2013 and is scheduled for completion in third quarter 2014. The apartments are planned to begin in mid-2014 for a mid-2016 delivery.
