Ellington expands in Houston, Teadit seals deal in Pasadena
HOUSTON – The Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership has released its latest Business Development Update. Below are some highlights from the report.
Houston — A new public hangar is underway at Ellington Airport, the seventh one there for Southwest Airport Services. The $2.5 million, 40,000-sf building will have room for eight or nine corporate jets plus offices.
Pasadena — Teadit North America will build its headquarters operation, a 110,000-sf office/warehouse, in Bayport South Business Park on Red Bluff Rd. Construction will start in fall 2013 with completion expected in summer 2014.
Teadit North America develops and manufactures fluid sealing products used in refining, chemical process, and power generation.
