LUBBOCK - NetCo Investments Inc. has acquired the 259,000-sf Caprock Shopping Center situated on 19 acres at 50th street and Boston Ave., just three miles from Texas Tech University.

The shopping center includes Ross Dress for Less, Bealls, and Dollar Tree. Additionally, it is situated in an immediate area that includes a Home Depot, Market Street, Planet Fitness, Sutherland’s, and Walgreens.

Caprock Shopping Center, built in 1959, is one of the oldest centers in Lubbock. NetCo Investments plans to renovate the center, as well as simultaneously lease up the vacancies within the property.

NetCo Investments Inc. is a real estate investment and development company with offices in Plano and Newport Beach, Calif.
