Windridge’s 720 units sold in Grand Prairie

GRAND PRAIRIE – Windridge, a 720-unit apartment complex at 2301 E. Ave. H off I-30, has been acquired by Milwaukee-based MLG Capital.

This purchase is part of MLG Capital’s larger acquisition strategy targeting Dallas-Fort Worth. 

SIMC Management of Dallas was selected to manage the property.
