Alexan Enclave adds 354 units to Houston’s Energy Corridor

HOUSTON – Construction has begun on Alexan Enclave, a 354-unit Trammell Crow Residential development located at 13411 Briar Forest Dr. The project, which is immediately west of Eldridge Pkwy., sits on an approximately 6.25 acres in the Energy Corridor.

The four-story Alexan Enclave, slated to open in spring 2014, will offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 651 sf to 1,552 sf.

A key element of Alexan Enclave is its proximity to I-10 and Beltway 8, nearby Energy Corridor and Westchase District offices, CityCentre and Memorial City, plus popular recreation areas including George Bush and Terry Hershey parks.

Other Trammell Crow Residential multifamily developments under construction around Greater Houston include Allusion West University, The Muse, Alexan Creekside and Alexan Heights.
