Guadalupe County ranks high for jobs

GUADALUPE COUNTY – Guadalupe County was ranked number four on CNN Money’s Top 25 list: Where the Jobs Are.

Guadalupe County, which includes the cities of Cibolo, Schertz and Seguin, saw a 12.2 percent bump in jobs between 2010 and 2012.

A number of large companies have made significant investments in Guadalupe County. Caterpillar and Amazon.com have committed approximately $180 million and $166 million, respectively, to develop facilities in the county.
