ARLINGTON - A three-building, 543,000-sf industrial complex at 600 109th St. in the Great Southwest submarket in North Texas has been acquired by New York investor KTR Capital Partners.

The property, which is 100 percent leased, includes two trailer yards and three rail spurs.

KTR currently owns about 2.4 million sf of space in Dallas-Fort Worth.
