Epsilon expands to new 250,000-SF Irving HQ

IRVING – Irving-based Epsilon has signed a 12-year lease for 222,000 sf of office space at 6021 Connection Dr. as well as a five-year lease for 28,000 sf at an adjacent property at 6031 Connection Dr. The company will move to the new location, which will serve as its headquarters, by July 2014.

Epsilon employed 600 at the beginning of 2013, and it announced plans to hire between 150 and 200 more by the end of the year. The company’s employee base has increased more than 20 percent over the past 18 months and officials expect that trend to continue.

Epsilon, which helps large businesses with loyalty programs such as permission-based marketing, is a unit of Plano-based Alliance Data Systems Corp.
