DALLAS – A new 267-unit, $35 million apartment development will be located on the vacant block at Ross Ave. and Houston St. in the downtown Dallas historic district in the West end.

The developer, Fairfield Investment Co., plans to begin construction on the project in December 2013, with a completion date set for December 2015.

The development is designed to blend in with the turn-of-the-20th Century buildings in the West End.
