Cabinet maker expands in Longview
LONGVIEW – Completion of a new 15,625-sf, $498,658 warehouse addition at 900 Estes Parkway is expected in September 2013. The building will hold new machinery and assembly space for cabinet maker CCI. It is part of a $200,000 expansion agreement with the Longview Economic Development Corp (LEDCO). The existing facility was built in 1998 for $600,000.
CCI Group is a 31-year-old company that manufactures high-pressure laminate and wood casework, making cabinets for both health care and retail settings. Growth in the health care field has created greater demand for these products. The company is approaching 40 employees and expects to have 50 or more by the middle of 2014. It will also invest at least another $1.3 million in building and equipment under the LEDCO contract.
