PEARLAND – Construction has started on an 80,000-sf H-E-B at the corner of Broadway and Pearland Pkwy. scheduled to open in spring 2014.
The facility will feature a single-lane automatic drive-through car wash and gas station and will be the company’s second Pearland location.
Currently, H-E-B operates a west Pearland store located at 2805 Business Center Dr.
