HOUSTON - A Houston-based developer will soon begin construction on the site of the former Cafe Adobe, for its second luxury multifamily project, 21 Eleven, a 215-unit structure.
The project, at 2111 Westheimer, will have five levels of residential units over two levels of parking. This community joins 57 multifamily properties with 13,978 units in the inner-loop area. Rents average at $1.62 per sf per month.
The development is expected to be completed by summer 2015.
