SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) has released its July 2013 housing data.
Of the homes sold in July 2013:
- 58.19 percent were priced below $200,000;
- 37.12 percent market were priced between $200,000 and $500,000; and
- 4.61 percent were priced over $500,000.
July 2013 saw the most new listings and the most active listings in a single month, versus any month of 2013 so far, according to Steven Gragg, 2013 SABOR Chairman of the Board.
As of July 2013, homes were spending an average of 71 days on the market, and inventory stands at 5.1 months.
