ROCKPORT – The average sales price for residential homes was $238,577 for the 12 months ending July 2013 — up 5 percent versus the same period last year when it was $227,212, according to Lee Swearingen of Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.
Days on Market for residential homes for the 12 months ending July 2013 was 188, 16.4 percent shorter than the same period last year.
